The Next Generation of High-Pressure Direct Room Humidification

Condair today presents the first product of its new Vita Range: the high-pressure direct room humidification system Condair Vita Power, launched together with a new range of spray heads.

Condair today announces the launch of the latest innovations in direct room humidification: Vita Power & Spray Heads. Unlike ventilation duct systems, direct room humidification introduces moisture directly into the air of the production or working space. This ensures a fast and efficient adjustment of humidity levels exactly where it is needed. Stable humidity ensures stable production processes, protects sensitive materials such as paper, wood or packaging, and supports safe and comfortable working conditions, for example in food production or electronics manufacturing.

Condair Vita Power is a scalable high-pressure system designed for industrial applications with high demands. Its modular design, flexible capacity levels(100l/h, 300 l/h and 500 l/h) and intelligent control technology allow the system to be adapted to specific requirements. The system is suitable both for retrofitting and for integration into new buildings. Certified (depending on model and country-specific requirements), easy to maintain, and designed for reliable continuous operation with minimal downtime during regular maintenance. 

The system includes a multi-stage water treatment process in which drinking water is purified through reverse osmosis, deionization, and UV sterilization, resulting in ultra-pure water for any application and according to the individualcustomer’s needs. A high-pressure pump then nebulizes the water directly into the room as a fine mist.

The high-pressure air humidification system comes with all relevant components, such as the HumSpot sensor, gateway and industrial sensor (optional), which ensure easy control and handling.

A wide new range of spray heads is now available, which are suitable for modern office spaces as well as offering larger capacities for production halls with high ceilings, for example. Additional service packages include regular maintenance and hygiene checks. With Condair Cloud, system data can also be monitored remotely, ensuring reliable operation and planning.
